goodbuy gym hello street running

well im moving home and with that im having to say goodbuy to my local gym which i LOVE its the best gym ive ever been a member of. however i am moving from the city to the mountains so running will be my new for of exersize. ill have my HRM to tell me the calories and hopefull in a few montha trust companion in form of a dog to come with me.

anyone have any advice for me. i do races such as 5k and 10ks but the thrill of the race keeps me going, doing it alone is diffrent i just want to give up all the time :explode:

    Just keep running and enjoy the scenery.

    Running in the mountains sounds all kinds of lovely to me, that would be enough to get me motivated.
    If you get bored easily invest in an ipod or similar device if you dont already have one. You could listen to music, audio books, inspirational speakers, meditations etc
    Is there a running group where you are moving to? Or maybe you could find a friend to run with?
