Hiya everyone. Just new to this plan and really not sure what Im doing. I have put myself down as sitting on my butt all day and everyday which is not the truth but I figure then when I do exercise I may see a weight gain. I have Polycystic Ovarian syndrome and currently have the Impalon implant in for Contraceptive. Anything including hormones sends my weight up so the implant is coming out next week (Gotta be careful then) My aim is to lose at least 2 and 1/2 stone so that I can get sterilised. So yep thats enough of me rambling on

Welcome to MFP! I suffer from hormonal imbalances as well - it makes my weight fluctuate so much... So I know where you're coming from! Feel free to add me :)

Welcome! It can seem a little challenging when you're first getting started out. Just stick with it and push yourself to eating better and exercising. Drink lots of water too. Try to get in at least 3 days of exercise a week at 30 minutes per session. Then you can adjust as you get use to things. Before too long, you'll be used to this new lifestyle and it'll be easier. The most important thing of all is to never give up! Know that you can and will do this!
