Hi everyone,
I’m not a newbie of MFP but I’m trying to get motivated and start using it more. I was diagnosed with prediabetes last week so I’m hoping MFP can help me with altering my lifestyle and making some much needed changes. I have about 100lbs to lose but right now I’m focusing on losing 10-20 at a time. I’m currently 289 but down to 277. My small goal is 250lbs right now before October.
Please add me to help keep me motivated and inspired!! I know MFP has some of the best motivators!!

Im in the same boat, though Im a type 2 diabetic that needs to get it more under control. Ive also got 100 lb to loose but I'm going slow in the hopes of keeping it off. Have added you as a friend if thats ok.0
