So happy

I totally think weight loss is about the little achievements that ultimately lead to one big one. Anyway I have this dress that have been trying to wear since pregnancy 3 years ago. I had lost a lot of weight before then and always used to wear the most amazing tea dress.

I tried it on a while (yet again) and it just did not fit. So I went on a date with my partner yesterday and I thought I would just see if it would button up (not expecting it to) and IT FIT!

I am so happy. Even though I have lost a few pounds I have been a bit low recently as I have not lost much but I guess I must just be building muscle but losing inces. I have not been taking my measurements so I did not realise.

I wore the dress and I am going to wear it tonight to go and see Adele in concert. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror.

I still have a way to go but I am sooooo happy and had to share. Even at my target of 150 pounds, people will still think that is fat but to me that would be perfection. Ultimately I would like to be around 140 but that is a very long term goal.

Clothing victories are so good! I am angry at the scale all the time. But then I put my newish jeans on and realize they don't fit...way too baggy. Makes me feel better, but I still want to throw the scale off the deck and then maybe run it over with the car.

Rock the dress! And let me add... so jealous you're seeing Adele...Love her! Have fun!
