I'm 6'4". My doctor wants me between 190-210 lbs. Yeah right, when I played football (the best shape I was in ever in my life) i was 253 with 8% BF. I'm shooting for 250. The only way I get to 190-210 is to remove a leg.

5'9" and my goal is around 150. Hoping to get down to 140, because I need to quit smoking, and want to leave a little room for the inevitable gain.

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight (for now) is 135. I started on MFP at 179 and am currently sitting at 139.8 and a size 3/4-5/6 dress and 5/6-7/8 pants depending on the brand. I'm happy at this size but I want to see more tone, definition, and a lower percentage of body fat.

I am 5', 8 1/2." weight is 132-136. At goal since November, 2010. Size 6 jeans, size 8 pants, tops medium to large. Size 9 1/2 shoe. Long boned but not a particularly large frame -- although I used to think so. Total weight loss 87 pounds. Time of weight loss 18 months. Biggest challenge -- eating all my maintenance calories without going over on fats or sugars. Love MFP!

I am tall too.. 5'11". Just started MFP and am at 225lbs. My UGW is 160lbs. I weighted 135lbs before I had my kids. Now at 31 it's totally caught up with me. Before kids size 5-7 .. after kids 14-16. I've been trying to loose this baby weight for 12 years now : )

I've set my goal to be about 80 kg (I"m 1.9 meters). I'm wondering if an extra 5-10 kg is actually doable.

If I lost that extra 8-10 kg, I'd weigh less than I was in high school (!)

I'm thinking it will have to take an unbelievable amount of work in the gym to lose that extra 5-10 kg--has anemone calculated the diminishing returns as we near our goals?? (I have a ways to go come close to my goals, :) )

I'm 1.68 m tall, and this morning my weight is 67.2 kg. I would LOVE to get to 62 kg, but I would be ok with 63/64 and staying there forever. I could settle for that :D
I hope to get there by the beginning of spring time 2012... I know it sounds a long time, but I've dieted enough in my life to know that... well, easy go = easy come back!
