I am back. Used to be Parkgirl any old friends still around ? How about new ones. Lost weight kept off then Covid weight back finding it hard to lose this time so back here again

    I'm back too....had a personal setback in 2020, but trying to get back on track in a healthy way! hope we can all encourage one another!
