Lube belt?

My treadmill display says lube belt??Anybody know what I should do? It won't start

lube your belt. read the booklet, if you dont have it, look on internet, something wnats some grease0 -
I have had it for almost 3 years, haven't a clue as to where the book is. Google is my friend! Going there now! Thanks!0

Usually after a set amount of miles your treadmill needs the area between the belt and running deck lubricated. Use a silicone lubricant. You can get this from equipment suppliers, also Sears sells a lub kit that works very well (you don't have to loosen the belt to use it)0

You might have to check the web site for your treadmill in order to get it started again. With my Horizon tread mill once you have lubricated the belt you have to hold down the reduce speed button and the start button at the same time for it to reset so you can use it again. I'm sure they all have something like this.0
