good luck to you on your journey. My first bit of advice to you is to fill out your profile. The mental part of the journey is most important. If you can keep your mind focused on WHY you are on this healthy lifestyle journey, it will help big time with the physical part of it. Think about your goals and inspirations...the things you would like to do....write them down and re-read that information often.0
