Hi! I will be graduating college in 9 weeks and I am looking to lose approx. 20lbs. before then. This is actually totally possible... I just need to be disciplined! So here's my plan:
1. Continue on my dedicated work-out of 5 days a week
2. Healthy eating- duh!
3. Breakfast= berries, grapefruit, apple, or Ezekiel cereal
4. Lunch= Veggies- raw, steamed, salad...?
5. Dinner= Protein, veggies and/or salad
6. Lots of water!!
7. Cut down on my salt intake- I am pretty sure that it's insanely too high! I eat way too much sea salt
Any other ideas? Please help! I want to be awesome for me for graduation!

9 weeks? What about changing up your workouts every 3 or 4 weeks!? That will definitely help, I graduate in december but I think I'll join you, I'm training for a marathon so I gotta stick to my workouts and of course eat healthy, VERY important! I'm moving in about 9 weeks so that'll work! Good luck!
