Not my first rodeo on the get healthy lose the weight track but hopefully my last. Here's to getting my 💩 together.

    Good luck! Have you just retired, or have you been retired a while? I ask because retiring was tough for me, took me 10 months to get my *kitten* together. Started @ 440, down to 347, 125 to go. It can be done but, it's a long row to hoe.

    I've been retired 4 years and found it easy but keep due to dogs, fitness, cleaning and jobs. Good luck.
