  • If you feel hungry try drinking water before grabbing something to eat. Most times that's all you need to do and your "hungry feeling" will go away.

    For me, bread is my greatest downfall... There's nothing I love more but I can't lose weight unless I cut it out almost all together.
    I have one super thin slice (fresh baked whole wheat) in the morning with a little natural peanut butter and honey. Then no more the rest of the day.

    I keep different varieties of pickles, raw almonds, or some fresh fruit around for snacking.

    but my brother told me once when he was trying to lose weight that everytime he went to eat something "bad" that he would reach down and grab a roll of fat on his stomach and it would keep him from eating it lol!
