Two blended loose leaf teas, two-(one each) scoops of mixed mushroom powder and tree bark, a good splash watermelon lemon-aid because I let the tea steep too long and it got bitter- all mixed together.
Itโs healthy and a decent amount of caffein. Lots of antioxidants.0 -

Pretty sure I could tweak it easily to be tasty, but much, much healthier.0 -
