Hi

I've been using MFP for about a week now, it's great motivation tool to keep you on a good path.

I'm looking to get back in to shape after a year without sport following an ankle injury (and surgery) from playing football. Just getting back to exercise now.

It'd be great to make new fitness/health buddies on MFP.

    Hey, i have been here 3 months now, lost 11lbs and then hit a wall( or a plateau) trying to lose the last few lbs and cutting down on carbs..well im trying too anyway, wishing you luck and welcome to add as a buddy, im in 'not so sunny Devon'! :)
