Looking for other Bristolians for moral support.
I only started using the app and would appreciate some tips š
Iām 35, polish, living in Bristol since 2007.
Started exercising in June last year and lost almost 30 kg. Now I find it hard to keep the diet and exercise regime by myself. I am hoping this app will allow me to have more control of what I do in terms of workout and nutrition and track my progress to give me a sense of satisfaction.
Looking forward to find some fitness pals š
