Kelly's Breakfast Pizza
Serving 1/6 of a pizza

Ingredients:
1/2 pasta sauce mixed with 1/4 green chili sauce
2 eggs, scrambled with 1/4 each of chopped bell peppers and onion
4 turkey breakfast sausage patties, cut into pieces
2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
Mama Mary's - 12" Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust

Directions:
Place crust on a pizza pan sprayed with olive oil spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sauté the bell peppers and onion in a pan sprayed with olive oil spray for 3 minutes. Add eggs and scramble. Cook the sausage in the microwave according to the package directions. Cut into pieces. Place the sauce onto the pizza crust and spread to the edges. Sprinkle the sausage piece on the crust. Then the scramble egg mixtures. Crumble feta cheese over egg mixture and sausage. Last, layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
