I am joining MFP today

I lost 63 lbs over the last 1-1/2 years, and have 70 more to go. My goals are log daily, <3 1200 calories per day, and work out 60 minutes per day on stationary bike, walk, swim, plus strength training twice a week. :)

    Welcome! I hope you have success. My goal is to one day be "overweight" rather than "obese" when going to my annual physical. I've changed how to reach those goals multiple times but that baseline goal has never changed.
