There are different groups focused on things like needing to lose a lot of weight, muscle building, nutrition and health….

I complete a daily food diary, stick to 1200 / day or less. Exercise to my ability (balance aerobics and strength). Try to help others.
I don't know how to get involved with MFP to do any if this.0 -

Exercises for weight loss and flab tightening (I lost 35 pounds with Noom between Aug to Dec 2020, but then just plateaued). I can't do high impact stuff do to my ascending aortic aneurysm (balloon in big blood vessel on top of my heart). Any suggestions? Thanks1 -

Walking is great. Really.
And even if you aren’t supposed to lift more than 5 pounds, you can do repetitions? Yes?
There’s no shame in going slow. It’s the destination that counts, not how quickly you get there.
