    I complete a daily food diary, stick to 1200 / day or less. Exercise to my ability (balance aerobics and strength). Try to help others.
    I don't know how to get involved with MFP to do any if this.

    Exercises for weight loss and flab tightening (I lost 35 pounds with Noom between Aug to Dec 2020, but then just plateaued). I can't do high impact stuff do to my ascending aortic aneurysm (balloon in big blood vessel on top of my heart). Any suggestions? Thanks

    And even if you aren’t supposed to lift more than 5 pounds, you can do repetitions? Yes?

    There’s no shame in going slow. It’s the destination that counts, not how quickly you get there.
