I accidently posted this in the wrong forum and didn't see an option to move/delete it. Reposting here!
I've been around gyms for a lot of years! Why am I just now learning about landmine exercises?! Who knew a simple, inexpensive attachment and a bar could provide so many versatile exercise options!
You can google landmine exercises for tons of options...linking a video here for beginners. It's my new favorite go-to!

I actually just started these too... I don't have the attachment, I just put a yoga mat down, and then wedge the empty bar end into it. Works like a charm!
It's a nice change to add in!1 -
That, a SkiErg and an Endless Rope machine are all that's left on my list to complete my ideal home gym. I have a ton of stuff now, but not landmine setup. Been waiting for prices to go down on plates and bars first.
In the meanwhile, I got a Power Tower, a Plyo Box and a 70 lb KB (another very underrated and affordable option).1 -
I've got one in the garage gym, good piece1
