Not sure if we all still want a seperate thread made each week or not, so let me know. I don't mind being the one to start it every week if we want to continue logging our weights on here. I will start them on Mondays so everyone that weighs on different days can get in!! LET ME KNOW LADIES!!
Tomorrow is weigh in day for most of us, I have mixed feelings...not sure how it will go!!
Don't forget our 13 miles for Sept. challenge either!!

Lindsay is has been a friend of mine for a few years now. I used to see a bunch of her, but now she lives a couple of hours away and we don't see much of eachother! She was actually the first person I told that I was pregnant on the morning I took the preggo test!! hahaha!

Hi Lindsay, hope u are having a good week, do you want to tell us a bit about urself? Im chrissy, from UK, I work as a dinner lady within school, having 3 children of my own ( 2 teenagers) and one nipper of 16 mths. I dont often come on MFP but I try as often as i can to Jeer ppl on ! Like reading through the forums too xLindsay is has been a friend of mine for a few years now. Well Ill post up my weight loss this week. kicked another 1.5lb off of me which im dead proud of!! 5.5lb until my nxt mini goal Ive also walked another 4 miles this week, so thats 6 in total xx

Here is a little bit about me!!
I just recently moved last month. My husband got a job offer and we took it. I am going back to school again! lol. I took a little break because I didn't know what i wanted to do. But now i have figured it out! I'm am working on my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Art History Education. So I will be an Art teacher in a few years!! I am super excited about it!! My husband and I will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary next month! Woo!
So I'm really wanting to lose at least 20 lbs. I've gained some "happy weight" but it's not making me so happy. lol. I just need some motivation.0 -

Good morning ladies! I stepped on the scale this morning and i am at 157.2....down .8 since Monday which is my normal weigh in day so i am happy with that considering excericising this week has been a little difficult. Hope you all have a great day!!0

Down 1.4 lbs this week...i'm 157.4lbs! Whoohooo! My goal of being 155lbs by halloween may need to be changed...but it always feels good to meet a goal early, huh!! :happy:0

Hello everyone, its great to see the losses I stepped on the scale this week and exactly the same as last week. I think its my weekends hurting me even though its almost been a week since then but Im going to try to do better this weekend and see if there is a change.0

weekends are difficult for me too. I'm not sure if this will help, but I make sure I drink TONS of water on the weekends...my husband and I eat out all weekend and I try my best to make good choices, but the sodium in restaurant foods are so high. So I drink water all day on the weekends. It seems to do the trick for me!
On a positive note...at least you didn't gain...I when my scale stalls, I try to look at it like "at least i'm not gaining"0 -

Agree at least no gain. Funny thing is a peeked at the scale Tues to make sure I was heading in the right direction and had lost 1 lb lol. If its not the weekend (but Im sure I can what if this to death) yesterday when i finished my last workout I was actually in the negative calories :O which never happens to me so in a matter of a few hours last night I had to eat a whole days worth of calories.
Plus I am trying o drink more water as well I usually do 10 a day so have been trying to get to 12 a day0 -
Ok girls. I don't have a scale, so I plan on getting one this weekend and then I'll weigh in and let everyone know how I'm doing!!0

Ok girls! It's been a crazy couple of weeks. I've been trying to stay on track. I think I'm doing pretty good. I've lost a pound!! And I finally bought a scale!! Yay!!
