5 days in of tracking my food and completing my rings on watch ,I've lost 4 lbs. It's a miracle.

Those 4 pounds are probably water. Don't be surprised if it stabilizes and you only lost 2.2

I do like closing those rings.
What @dviolin1982 said about it being water weight may or may not be true. Weight loss is not linear, and large and small fluctuations aren’t unusual.
At least some of your loss is likely to be fat.
But the proof comes in long term trends.
