This is about my 3 or maybe forth time on here...the first time I lost about 19kgs. I think now that I'm in the right frame of mind to finally get my weight under control.

MFP seems to be the only thing that works for me. I started last Monday and was shocked when I hoped on the scales. I thought I would have weighed more then I actually did. I was eating what I wanted and didn't care. Depression is really the pits.

I've got a new user name as I really wanted to start from scratch again. Archie is my 3 month old budgie who was born on the 8 May. That's him in my profile pic.
