Hi, I'm Robyn and I'm old (52) and very grumpy...

I am a firm believer in Health at Every Size and am very anti-diet but now that I'm done with menopause, my blood sugar has decided to forsake me and be wayyyy too high.

So here I am. A Grumpy Old Women Who Needs to Lose Weight.

I've even created a group if you'd like to join in?

Sad that you think you’re already “old” at 52!! That’s not at all old😂
    Good luck in your journey.

    I agree with @forestfreek

You are not that old, just reaching middle age. My kids are your age and I am approaching my late 70s and I feel younger (except when my OA reminds me that I am not :) )

I wish you good luck in your journey, but if you don't consider yourself "old" you will not be grumpy anymore, and probably more successful in achieving your goals. You got this!

I am 53 years old who use to have high blood sugar until I stopped eating late night junk, started exercising and going to bed early.

48 here...people see the word "grumpy" as such a negative. Weirdoes. So I refer to myself as "occasionally cantankerous". :D

I'm only 37, but I've been old and grumpy my entire life. (Hitting 35 and realizing I could call myself "middle aged" has been a high point in my life so far.) I'm joining. Dare you to kick me out.
