If you chose an entry for 'bruschetta' from the databased surely it was a recipe that contained olive oil - hence the fat content.

If you want to add a recipe of your own, you can do so --- put in your own ingredients and say how many servings it is and you can use that. Most bruschetta recipes have olive oil in them though so if you're choosing one from the database it will contain fat.

Might be a little bit of fat in the bread, too - I assume there's bread if it's bruschetta? Not necessarily that much, though.

Just log your ingredients: Tomato, onion, basil, bread. (I wouldn't worry about the garlic salt or pepper, personally, but you could log those, too. Should, if you need to limit sodium, I guess.) If the bread has a label, use that to find out the calories. Otherwise, use a middling-calorie entry for a similar bread type (sourdough, focaccia, whatever), ideally logging it by weight.
