diet pop and a shot of vodka. I love red wine or white you will just have to pace yourself with them they have more alcohol and could give you a hang over easily.0
-
I like diet sprite or diet sierra mist and vodka.
I also like captain and diet coke.0 -
Jack and coke baby! 60 cals a shot and coke can be zero cal if you do the fake stuff.0
-
Try asking for skinny drinks...applebee's skinnybee long island is about 110 calories0
-
Vodka goes well with Fresca, or I like raspberry vodka with club soda. They are both very low calorie, and nice and light.0

I am all about my Captain and Diet.... 114 cal on a 2oz pour...0

The grocery stores sell carbonated flavored waters you can mix with rum or vodka. Cranberry-Raspberry is good. Buuuut, so is Peach or Strawberry flavor. If you go out your best bet is diet coke & rum, or vodka & water. I knew a guy who would straight up drink a shot of tequila in lieu of actual drinks. yuck!0

Sparkling cranberry or pom/blueberry - diet by ocean spray + Vodka0

I love cherry flavored vodka (three olives cherry vodka 69 calories) and diet coke or diet sprite/7 up.0

heard that vodka and red wine have negatie calories. It takes more calories to digest them than they have.0
-
Bacardi and diet soda is pretty low cal... but alcohol itself will lower your metabolism while it is in our system.0

I love cherry vodka and club soda...tastes like a watered down Hawaiian punch.
Another good one is diet cream soda or root beer and vanilla vodka...yum0 -
Crystal Light and vodka! I take packets in my purse and order vodka and water. A packet of Lemonade or Rasberry Ice and waaa-laaaa, you have a great cocktail!! Use only half of the packet for each drink and it's only 5 calories!!!!0

The appletini was VERY sour (I liked it though) The Mojito was the BEST, didn't like the margreta.
I keep pitchers full in my fridge.0 -
I use this site. http://www.drinksmixer.com/ You can search for most liquors. Most give the calorie content/count. Just remember that the calorie count is for 1oz (unless otherwise stated) and a shot is usually considered 1 1/2 oz. After a few drinks making that mistake could add many more calories than you are counting.0

Vodka. Vodka on average has about 100 calories a jigger and is one of the lowest calorie liquors. Bacardi rums aren't too bad either. I would just recommend to use diet soda over regular and definitely over juice. You could end up close to doubling calories just on the mixer! My personal favorite is 3 Olives Rootbeer Vodka and diet coke. Ask the bartender to put in a creamer, it tastes just like a rootbeer float!
I recommend CalorieKing.com. You can search "alcohol" and it'll bring up everything; All sorts of cocktails, caloric content by shot/jigger, Smirnoff Ice, beer are there. It's ridiculous! how many calories we can consume in a night out. No wonder so many college kids gain extra weight-age.0 -
My favorite thing to do (which is still satisfying) is to have them mix one glass of white wine (about 120 calories) with club soda (0 calories) over ice and I drink it with a straw like a mixed drink. It is the calorie equivalent of one drink but lasts me about 3 drinks worth (of time it takes to finish it). It also keeps you hydrated.
I also do the exact same thing with gin (97 calories per 1 1/2 oz), which you could replicate with vodka. Have them put a twist of lime/lemon/orange or a few maraschino cherries in, and you're golden!
Bottoms up!! : )0
