So I sailed right past my first goal of 10lbs this morning (actual loss 11.4lbs) and do you know how I plan to celebrate? I'm going to eat the same as I have for the past month and work out like I've been doing 5 days a week. I'm going to celebrate by losing another 10lbs so I can look even better and be even healthier than my husband has ever known me to be :-)

    Hey, good for you!!

I hit -17lbs this morning and I've just decided that's a good enough number for me to celebrate (I never did celebrate 10lbs).

This weekend I am going to buy myself a clutch purse from Stella and Dot's new fall line, and a new pair of runners for fall.

I haven't decided what my next celebratory goal will be, but when I get there, I'm going to start getting my nails done again. I always felt a little more classy, a little more feminine doing that.

My FINAL weight loss goal is laser hair removal!! I don't want to spend all my time as a "babe" shaving my legs every morning!! Haha I've got about 200lbs to go before that one, though.

I think it's important to learn how to NOT celebrate accomplishments with food, like so many people do!! Good for you for recognizing that!!
