31 lbs down since May! (pic!)

I got engaged in May and that really pushed me to make some serious changes in my life and get myself back to a healthy weight. This is a picture of me today taken in the reflection of the elevator at work (pardon the blurry). I hadn't noticed that I looked too different and wanted to compare. I am at 174.8 today. The other picture is the day I got engaged and I was around 206. Just wanted to give all those 5'4 girls (and guys) some encouragement !!

    LOL! I really didn't! I noticed all my clothes do not fit anymore. I have gone from a size 14 pant into a comfortable size 10. I can put on an 8 pant but there are too many bulges. I was in an XL top but the one in the picture is a M and I could put on a S but my arms are still too flabby.

    The wedding is in June next year. I refuse to dress shop until I'm under 150... maybe around Christmas! :)
