Hey everyone! Im new to the seen and was looking to see what kinds of healthy food u guys are eating to keep on track

    To me eating healthy is a combination of getting in fruits, veggies and a variety of foods, but also figuring out what keeps me satiated and what stuff I overeat without really feeling full. It someimes takes a bit of experiementing to figure out what works for you.

    Lots of veg, fruits, lean protein, healthy fats, whole grains, legumes, lentils, etc. I eat a pretty large variety, so it would be difficult to give you actual meals.

    ive always eaten a fairly well balanced diet in general. but, i eat the same things i always have. i eat burgers and pizza. i eat out. i eat cookies and chips. the key is in learning how balance your diet out and portion your food out so that you CAN have those things and stay within your calorie goals and still lose weight.

    I just had ice cream.

    Milk. Eggs. Calories I actually need.
    Yes. Even as a diabetic.

    The key is portion control and consistency.
