Seeking a wearable that fits my nitpicky needs.

Hello all, trying to get back into fitness and I am looking for the right wearable that fits certain requirements.
1: non-wrist (I used to own an arm band long time ago, I can't seem to find any nowadays)
2: I am a cyclist, however I do not have access to internet on my phone. I refuse to pay a phone bill (8yrs now), so my phone is only on wifi and when I cycle, I won't be connected obviously. So I need a tracker that can record my cycling activity, so when I get home, I can sync it up to my phone app/pc to view the data.
3: outside of cycling, I want it to still track steps/sleep/HRM/calorie burn.
much appreciated. I am perfectly fine with chest strap, ankle strap, arm straps - just no wrist. I am not a watch fan or bracelets. I don't like anything on my wrists lol. thank you in advance.

I am curious as well. I hate stuff on my wrists.0

Expensive subscription based armbands exist. Rings also exist. Whether they will provide the metrics desired is a different story 🤷🏻1

Myzone Switch runs on wrist, arm or chest. It will store up to (I think) 16 hours of data and sync to your phone on your return. It's a HRM and will track calorie burn but not steps or sleep.
A Withings sleep mat goes under your mattress and gives you all manner of sleep information.
Can't help with step count, though an ankle pedometer would do, if they still exist.
I think it unlikely you will find a wearable that covers everything, unless the Oura ring does.2 -
My ancient Fitbit One does 1 and 3 brilliantly. (No HRM, so cycling would be entered manually.) Unfortunately, the geniuses at Fitbit discontinued it, and did not replace it with any non watch option.
They do sell a clip for the Inspire 2, so you could see if that one meets your needs -- I don't know much about it.1 -
#1 is going to be the hard part, at least in combination with #3.
There was an article about a more accurate for calories fitness tracker that you wear on your leg, but it's in the prototype stage at this point and might be years from market.0 -
I can tell you that I tried the Bella leaf and it was wildy inaccurate. I wore it on my ankle, wrist, and bra, then in my waist and did tests of walking 1000 steps. In each scenario it was 20-30% inaccurate. Meaning for every 100 steps you took it miscounted up to 30 .You will come across the Bella in your searches. Avoid it.1

Update - Ended up with a chest HRM, also bought a bike computer that allows me to attach the HRM.
No Sleep function, also bought a pedometer - still looking for an app that I can add the pedometer count manually and keep tracks of my HRM activity throughout my work day and spit out the data of potential calories burned.1
