    Ahhh, didn't I discover brisket while in San Antonio? Didn't I see them slow cooking/smoking some brisket for ~14 hours or so? Wouldn't the "burnt ends" definitely be the best part? :yum:

    I neither stayed up 'til 2am nor made a balloon arch, but aren't I enjoying a post-workout maple bar for breakfast anyway? :lol:
    So, I can see how an arch could naturally form with helium-filled balloons, but how do you make an arch otherwise?
