How do you log coffee with cream?

Measure the cream and log that, for sure. It can be a surprise, as to how many calories are in a "small pour". Coffee is in the data base, very few calories, so maybe it's not that big of a deal to log it. I always log about 6 cups in the morning for about 14 calories.0

you measure your coffee.
if you dont know how much your cup holds, use a measuring cup. once you know, you know.
for your cream, sugar, etc .. measure them like you would for any 'recipe'. do it a few days in a row and you will know how much you typically use in each cup.
I use the same travel mug every day. I pour the same amount of creamer in my cup, every day. This is what my morning looks like, every day.
(technically I dont drink that much, but that covers a refill if I do want one. I might have a refill once a week. )
