More difficult this time

I had reached my goal weight and maintained for about four years. I started noticing that I was losing weight even though I wasn't doing anything differently. No problem, just eat a little more. Over time I discovered my scale was malfunctioning. Got a new scale and now I'm up much more than I thought. Doctors' scale confirms. Now I'm back at it again and it's not coming off as easily as before.
