So here's the deal, 3000 Reps of Bodyweight or Weighted Resistance is a month. Can you rep it out or beat it? Post your reps conducted with each workout.
Example of how to calculate reps:
30 Pushups
30 Sit-ups
15 Kbell Swing
12 / 10 / 8 (reps)
list of 10 exercises.
12 x 10, 10 x 10, 8 x 10 = 400 reps completed
6 Ab exercises of 30 reps each exercise = 180 reps
75+ 400 + 180 = 555 total reps for that one workout.

This looks like exactly what I need to get on track with consistency in bodyweight work (my gym does not re-open until October 4).
Anyway, after my morning run (5.1 miles), it was 5 sets of pushups this morning: 20+25+15+15+25 = 100/3000

Abs and Booty Day

Core work this morning. For the static work (planks, holds, etc.) I count 10 seconds as a rep. Everything else counts a little more clearly. In total, it came to 300 reps even today, so that's 400/3000 for now...1

After a long run yesterday and a recovery run this morning, it was more pushups today. Fewer reps than Saturday, but with less rest between them. Still struggled to finish, but hey, it's not supposed to be easy...

Legs and booty workout, dog walk, yoga stretch, and meditation. I can only log the 180 reps from my leg and booty workout for the day.
