Before and after 65lbs goodbye!!!

I have been on my weight loss journey for exactly a year now and happy to say I am down 65lbs so I am out of the 200s and at 195 which some may consider large but for me compared to what I was its GREAT. I am still on my weight loss journey trying to lose my last 25 which seems to be the toughest but I will give it all I got. Well about to work out now but just wanted to do my first post on here.
