I have been working 60+ hours a week, 7 days a week for about the past month and found it very hard to find time to get online and track what I was eating or find time to exercise. Good news is I still maintained my weight loss and did not gain any weight back. I would track my intake in my head to the best of my ability, but now I have been relieved of most of the hours that my second job was requiring, so I hope to get back on track with logging and working out. Life can be crazy at times, but I was glad to see that I have learned basic calorie content in a lot of foods and I can do it even if I don't have access to the site. Hope everyone is doing great! :happy:
I am starting the Leslie Sansone walk slim video and I can make it through about half of it, so hopefully in a couple of weeks I will be doing all four miles! I will keep you posted.
