Today I did one mile in the pool.... 66 lengths,

Never EVER thought I would be capable of doing that, EVER!

So happy right now.

Yeah!!! - I love the pool!!!! My 73 year old Uncle got me into swimming this past xmas - I can now do about 70 lengths at a go!! it's a definite high!!! Swim on!!!!
