I can honestly say that I rarely have any other drinks other than water , black coffee and chamomile tea.
There is wine and gin of course but I'm trying to lay off those at the moment 🤣0 -
Black coffee only up until 1pm then usually squash with fizzy water or sometimes tea with milk if I'm feeling cold or tired. Not much of a water drinker unless I'm out for a walk. Trying to cut out alcohol for September, so far so good.0

Lunch: coffee with frothed nonfat milk, cold matcha tea with citrus wedge (if I didn't have them for breakfast)
Dinner: Water, mostly.
Snacks/evening: Water, mostly; sparkling water with bitters, shrub, citrus or a combination; occasional beer, wine, or cocktails; occasional hot green or herb tea.
While rowing boats, biking, or walking: Sooooo much water, in refillable stainless steel bottles, sometimes with carry strap.1 -

Green Tea with a splash of MIO and a sparkling ice … or celery juice! Depends on my mood. 🤷🏻♀️0

Primarily water — plain, with lemon, sometimes sparkling but rarely. Coffee, various teas, and on rare occasion Diet Pepsi. Bourbon and diet tonic water with lime.1

Water
Decaf coffee with CoffeeMate
Alcohol-free bubbly and spritzers.
This lets me avoid unnecessary ups and downs - life's complicated enough!
It also leaves me calories for treats when I want them.0
