My name is Rose. I am a mom of 3. 12 year old daughter, 4 year old boy and a 4yr old twin angel and a bonus mom to a wonderful woman pregnant with my 1st grand baby.
4 year ago after my twin delivery I was very ill. It changed my focus completely. 2020 was stressful with my husband having COVID on and off. It brought with it some unwanted weight.
I am rebooting my wellness journey and looking for friends/support.
