Hi i'm new here I've lost 13 lbs so far using this app. I live on a tight budget I've got two toddlers and happily married. I'd appreciate any and all receipes to get the most muscle building and fat burning. I admit I love pizza, chicken, fries ice cream as I said all ideas of recipes are welcome thank you God bless you

    You can make your own lighter versions of your favorite foods. Buy a ready made thin pizza crust and top with low fat cheese and chicken or turkey pepperoni and veggies. Air fryers or convection ovens are great for baked "fries" and chicken. Blended frozen banana instead of ice cream?
