This is the day!

Hello everyone!

So I'm not exactly new to the fitness scene, I had a great fitness routine in the summer and was down to a nice weight and some nice toneage (is toneage a word? Ah sure why not!) with a good workout routine and proper eating... and then *drum roll* I started college. I went back (my second time, the first time I graduated was right after high school) to change careers. As wonderful as that is, the pleasant, healthy routine I had for myself was violently thrown into a good ol' tornado-like whirl-wind of quick snacking, late study nights, and laziness.

But, this is the night. This is the night I get my butt in gear again and start on my good habits and routine again :) Looking forward to getting back to my health and being a part of this community and it's fabulous, inspirational people!
