Insanity workouts

Hi guys! Im new to this website. I joined because I have been doing the insanity workouts for 15 weeks and another before that, but have yet to actually lose a pants size. I have lost some weight and inches, but to no real success. I found this website while trying to find somewhere to help count calories. Looking to motivate and be motivated by others on this site.

    15 weeks? The program is only 9 weeks long...are you doing multiple rounds?...I am in my third day of Insanity and I am surprised that you haven't seen real tangible results. Are you eating properly? The workout is awesome! I am burning about 15 cals/minute...I topped 11 or 12 a minute when I did P90X.

    Yes, I am on my 2nd round. I have seen lots of inches and definate muscle changes, but my size hasn't changed. I guess the results just arent coming as fast as I had hoped. I am not exactly dieting, but I do try and watch what I eat. I lost 10 pounds in the first 2 months, but nothing month 3.
  • Hello! Welcome to MFP! I too was working out for awhile, plyometrics and running, and wasn't losing any weight or size. I discovered MFP from a co-worker and started tracking my calories. I love the fact the you can look back to find your mistakes - I found out I was not taking in enought calories! Once I started fueling myself properly, the weight started to come off. The key is to be really honest with it. Good luck!
