30 Day Shred-Question, I am confused

So, are you supposed to do only the 20mins everyday (but prorgress to new levels) for 30 days? or as you move up levels you do level 1 and 2=40 mins, and eventually level 1 and 2 and 3=60mins? Thanks!

  • I just did one level at a time. I lost 30 pounds doing it that way.
  • From what I've heard you do 1x20minute session per day, for 30 days.
    You move onto a higher level when you feel able to.
    Most people on MFP I've seen do 10 days on level 1, 10 on level 2, and 10 on level 3.

    Level 1 for10 days, level 2 for 10 days, level 3 for 10 days = 30 days!!

    Its a 30 day program. Ideally you do 10 days of each level and move on.. However, she clearly says move on to the next level when YOUR ready. I had a struggle with doing the same thing for 10 days straight at first since its against all I ever did in the past. Switching it up works so well is what was on my brain. That said, it works! trust me! Inches gone! Abs saying hello!! I'M BACK !
    I do it first thing in the morning, 20 minutes for me is do-able and the mornings help ensure that. LOVE IT! Hope this helps
