What's Your Most Recent NSV
I tracked just about everything I've eaten for the last week, I've gone from 117.5kg to 114.6kg and I fit into about six new items of clothing that I had stashed away :-)20

I'm down from a 4X to a 2X shirt for work - last year the 3X shirt was several inches away from fitting... way, way too tight. Down from 48 waist to 42. It really feels good.
Oh, and no more knee and back pain!25
Wearing low rise jeans and not being mortified 😂22
Yesterday, I was confident enough to wear a crop top and leggings, and ROCK IT24
Laundry goes a lot faster when you don't mind putting everything in the dryer because you don't care if it shrinks!27
I knew it would be atleast two more months before I lose the rest of my belly but got a great NSV today. My belly doesn't droop anymore, it protrudes horizontally but not to the south. Things are looking up over here, literally39
I worked out in a public space (hotel gym) and didn't feel embarrassed in my workout clothes. And earlier in the week, I went for a run outdoors too.
I'm used to working out in my home gym, not worrying what I look like to other people while working out, so that was a big step out of my comfort zone.31
I finally lost that partial inch around my ribcage that was putting me between two bra band sizes. I also lost just enough in cup size that my favorite bra fits perfectly again. Woohoo!!28
I don’t have to sit down to put on and take off pants any more! I haven’t been able to do that standing up in over 20 years!23
Completing my first 5K! I have struggled for years, tried couch to 5k but never reached the end, thankfully my friends finally convinced me to do Parkrun, it was the push I needed to cross the finish line, now I'm in love with it and beating my personal best each time.
Still a long way to go on my journey, but it's certainly the first milestone that has made me shed a tear of joy.22
My NSV was getting back on track with a minimal amount of fuss. I got off track due to a particularly exhausting period and ate over maintenance a few days after it was over. But, over the past few days, I've walked my calories down again! Had maintenance on Sunday, +500 on Monday, and today I'm hitting my calorie target
A year ago I would have been really down about overeating and blaming myself for a lack of self-control, but now I'm able to see it as a temporary bump in the road. Obviously, my body needed those calories for some reason and now I'm back to business as usual26
I just renewed my license with my real weight
Gained 0.5 pounds this week, which didn't seem right, so I grabbed the tape measure and measured my waist. Down 0.5 inches! Looks like kayaking and weight lifting added more lean muscle mass than I thought.17
I have a bunch of souvenir t-shirts from trips I took years ago. They were all too small, but I kept them for sentimental value. Yesterday I was able to wear one from St.Thomas that I got when my mom and I went on a cruise. I smiled all day remembering that trip! Little by little I'm reclaiming them all!27
RAxB Posts: 120 MemberI was in a friend’s wedding this past weekend and looking back at all the pictures I don’t just like how I look - I LOVE IT! For the first time EVER I genuinely felt confident taking any and all pictures and didn’t spend any time picking them apart afterwards.
I’m so close to my final goal and when things got hard I kept thinking about how I wanted to look and feel in that dress. Now when things get hard I’ll remember that weekend and this moment.
Extra bonus: All the extra energy from losing combined with exercising more meant I truly danced all night long without stopping. I wasn’t even sore the next day, and I definitely busted a few moves that should have resulted in that. Cheers for Plyo!!!!37
I'm newly returned after getting off track. I had developed a bad self-image. Whenever I thought about myself I would picture someone twice my size. I am obese but not nearly as big as I allowed my thoughts to dwell on. After eating better for only a few days and being a little more active I have noticed I am picturing myself in a more realistic way.25
Shirts that were tight now fit well, shirts that didn't fit are now tight20
MIL came round for dinner during the weekend, and said she really noticed that I lost weight since the latest lockdown...in actual fact, I have hovered around the same 3lb range for the last few months, but I have been exercising regularly, so must have had some recomp going on.23
Splurging just a little bit on new undies, because when you've lost 60 pounds, the old ones don't fit very well anymore!33
