i am not a fan of exercising.. but i am determined to lose weight. anyone have a ny suggetions on an exercise? i enjoy walking but when i get home from work i am so tired

I love doing Turbo Jam! It is a fun, kickboxing routine that burns a TON of calories. Once I got it down, I actually look FORWARD to doing it. I was not a fan of exercise until this came into my life!

How about walking before work in the morning? I know it means getting up earlier, but you'll find that you'll have more energy when you do get to work, or how about during your lunch? If not, even though you are tired, if you walk for just half an hour, you'll find it revitalizes you!!!0
