Low carb

I am debating going back to totally low carb..basically no bread, rice potatoes and pasta.. is it possible to still stay under calorie goals when doing this..have not done this since starting MFP??

  • I do a low carb diet. I stay well below my calories most of the time.
  • I have been doing the 17 day diet and love it. I did Atkins type low carb and stalled, and also wasn't eating very healthy foods. The 17 day diet is much easier, and people are losing a lot of weight fast .. And eating very well.
