NSV - Running Achievement

I had an awesome Non Scale Victory today! When I went running, I knew I would be running in the rain. I knew I needed to get my workout in today before going to church. Anyway, I started running and for some reason I barely felt like I was running. So when it came to 1 1/2 miles (where I would normally have to stop), I felt like I had just started. I kept running and running and before I knew it, I was on my way back home finishing my last half mile. I got to the front door flabbergasted that I had just ran 3 miles without stopping! There's no stopping me now!

Awesome! I cant wait for that! I just cut off 7 mins from my run time today and I was pumped- look at you totally blowing my NSV out of the water! :happy:
