    I knew swimming can change you, I just didn't realize how much, did I? πŸ˜‚

    EDIT: Incidentally, didn't I learn that sea turtles migrate at a speed of about 1 mph?
    That's about my speed, so couldn't I swim with migrating sea turtles, for 1 to 1.5 miles or so?
    Will I ever get to the point of being able to swim with dolphins, I wonder?

    I have an elliptical as well, and aren't I able to last no more than 5 minutes or so?
    Perhaps I should get back to that though, since wouldn't it be nice to start hiking again now that I've lost some weight?

    Haven't I started baby steps, just short solo hikes, on nearby trails?
    But eventually, won't I try some longer hikes organized by my local Sierra Club chapter?
    And eventually, who knows, maybe a multi-day hike somewhere interesting?
