Looking for new friends!

So I'm not going to lie, I've been on and off here for years. Well I'm back now and noticed a lot of my friends are inactive. I would love to connect with some more people to help motivate each other!

A little about me, I'm an RN and work a lot! I've been losing weight but honestly, not how I should. Mostly from working 13 hour days and hardly eating. I need to get a better routine down so I can eat better foods and actually workout (aside from work).
I would love to connect with other healthcare professionals or anyone in general who would like a new friend! 🙂

Hey, I work in mental health. I only work 8 hour shifts and take breaks. That sounds very difficult. I could use a friend.

Hi, I'm not a nurse but I'm an order management specialist for a pharmaceutical company. I work mainly with API but I do also work with FDF. I could use a friend on here.

I am the Queen of the yo-yo, but I'm back on task - feel free to add me! I'm currently doing 75 Hard and a little obsessed, but I just gained 20 pounds that took me FOREVER to take off... in 6 months, so I'm not cutting myself any slack until I'm done... ha ha.

I work in retail pharmacy. Things got way stressful and I totally shut down. But I'm looking for support, a group of friends to report successes and hiccups. I'm trying to be fit by 50 and that's 7 months away.

    Howdy!!
I will give a little intro of myself. I am MLHC1 from Texas!! I am a mother of 4 adventurous boys, 3 lovable St. Bernards, 1 new rescue doggie has joined our crew this last two weeks (lol!!), my hubby is a business owner, and finally, I am a student pursuing a medical degree (currently prepping for the MCAT). I am on a journey to obtain a healthy lifestyle without fad diets and maintaining an overall sustainable exercise routine. I've been on MFP since 2014 and some of my MFP friends have been on this journey with me since then!! Lifes events derail my journey occasionally (as so this month with surgery) but I try to "jump" back in. Feel free to send me a friend request if you are interested, oftentimes I can be more motivating and encouraging with the status feed. I am not everyone's cup of tea but I try to stay positive and encouraging without relying on empty excuses.

    Best of luck!!
