Hi
Im really suffering from my old trainers, i got a blister then i changed my trainers and got another one!
What should i do wait until its totally dried up? Or use the blister plasters and work through the pain?!

Try new socks. Thats what worked for me, I went through 3 different pairs of sneakers before trying better quality socks. I get the wicking ones. No more blisters.0
