Hi everyone,
I've just joined to try and kick start my weight loss again.
I've been working hard on diet and exercise for about a year and have lost 35lbs (so now around 217 lbs). Still got a long way to go, looking at it a stone at a time - aiming to lose a stone by Christmas
My motivation has started to slip over the last couple of months, haven't really got back into my routine since my holiday so need to get serious again.
Hoping the support and advice on here will help!

Welcome! I have been on and off this site for ohhh over a year now. I can tell you that, when you are following your plan, it works! My problem is that I fall by the wayside too often. Good luck to you.0

Morning all,
Thanks for your replies. Have already got some great info from the site and joined a 10 week challenge which I'm hoping will motivate me.
Looking forward to getting stuck into the food and exercise diary properly, meal planning today so I'm organised for the week
